We founded ContractKen with a mission to simplify contracts for our customers. We then designed layers which allow expert lawyers to amplify their expertise in a simple, scalable manner - via their playbooks, checklists and standards.
We aim to deliver solutions that fit seamlessly into customer's workflows, deliver value quickly, and improve their lives in the long term.
Founder's journey:
I started as a software developer before joining Inductis in 2006—a startup pioneering analytics long before data science became mainstream. When Inductis was acquired by EXL, I spent 15 years at EXL Analytics, wearing multiple hats and serving US financial services, helping grow the practice to $300MM in ARR.
During this journey, I gained hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI applied to documents like contracts, insurance claims, and filings. Then came the COVID-19 pandemic—a real wake-up call. As businesses took a closer look at their contracts, I spoke with hundreds of experts and discovered that most companies don’t treat contracts as valuable assets. Existing solutions were too complex, expensive, and overloaded with unnecessary workflows.
In late 2021, I teamed up with legal, tech, and AI experts to launch ContractKen. Our mission? To create the world's best lawyer-focused tool for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
